This live video broadcast sketch demo was requested by Joseph. authentikorean.

In this video i will show you how to draw a few watches in a few different perspectives as well as quickly go over the basic concept of light and core shadows and why japanese anime characters are drawn with big eyes.

All these topics were requested by Joseph and were done on the spot.

This demo include voice feedback, I decided to reply with my voice rather than typing away in the chatroom.
Enjoy.

This live demo was requested by Mason, MBW17.
I, unfortunately forgot to press the record button during the 1st half of the video, so that is lost forever, although Mason was able to view it.

The great thing about these Ustream videos, is the fact that it is a live demo.
Meaning you can log in and join in on the chatroom and ask for requests and demos in real-time!

I didnt talk using my voice in this demo, so its a bit boring, but you can listen to the music in the background, instead I typed away on the keyboard in the chatroom.

However, if you are in the live broadcast, it is much more fun and exciting as you can see me do the demo on the spot! and engage in a conversation with you as well.

Ustream Live! 08/08/2009

I finally got Ustream to recognize my webcam.
Im not sure why it didnt work the first time I tried a while back.
But now its working 100%, video and sound.

What this means is, i can start doing live broadcasts.
Real time requests and demos.

These live broadcasts are really boring if you the viewer are not part of the broadcast, as these videos will be much longer than a sped up and edited video.  So be sure to join in on the future broadcasts and we can just chit chat and ill do live demos for you!

I did a couple test videos today.
Here's a saved video of one of the broadcasts.

For future broadcasts, I will set up a calendar of events type of thing, so you guys can know at what time and day to tune in at, with at least a couple days notice.

This is not a photoshop demo, the banner is incorrect.

Watch me traditionally sketch with a verithin blue prismacolor of a few different animals: dog, bunny, pig, frog, and a bearmouse.

Enjoy!

I will be focusing solely on photoshop demos for the time being.
The reason is because, i want to learn and improve my photoshop technique, so i think it will be beneficial for both me and you.

This video is a quick sketch demo and should not be compared to a rendering.

Quick car sketch from start to finish.
You will first see me plot out the rough line work, then you will see me make some changes with the design, and being to refine it.  I will add rough light and shadows, just to simply indicate form.  And the video will end with slightly tinted windows.

Enjoy and leave some feedback, thanks!

Two videos in one day! Wow!
There's gonna be some category switching here and there.
The videos are gonna be color coded.

This is BLUE = Character Sketching.
Sped up 3x, dont want to bore you.
No audio, just music.
Sketch of wooden toy man with hat.

It's been a long time since i last updated hasn't it?
Well thanks for waiting, I just uploaded a video right now.
Its just a doodle video, no audio, just music and video.
Its been sped up 2x, so its not my original speed of sketching.
Leave some comments on the video or here.

Thanks!

In this video you will learn how to properly do a 1 point perspective sketch.
I will be focusing on how to draw cubes in a 1 point perspective space.
I will briefly talk about horizon line, eye level and vanishing points.
In Part B, you will learn to draw the same object side-by-side in the correct perspective.

Please leave a comment or two.
Your feedback is important into improving the experience for you all.

In this video, you will be introduced to an excellent sketch exercise.
This is an exercise that you should learn to do everyday before you sketch.
15-30minute a day.
If done continuously and properly, you should have improved your line weight and quality.
As well as the ability to draw circles and ellipses within 14 weeks.

Make sure to leave a comment or two.
Thanks!
